Our industrial rollers are manufactured at our roller facility in Suffolk. Over the recent years we have kept up with demand with regular investment in state of the art equipment. All this coupled with improved outputs, efficiencies and productivity levels has led bfs to be a leading light in roller manufacture. bfs can refurbish your existing rollers and sleeves while also offering a “complete supply service” where we provide the roller/sleeve stock or core. In short, we can look after all your roller engineering and manufacturing requirements.
All work is carried out to defined OEM/customer requirements, and as an additional service, bfs offers a technical visit from one of our experienced roller professionals. If you don’t have drawings or detailed information is available, they will assist in ascertaining the most suitable compounds to use for your application.
