BFS offers new, exchange and recovery (repair) of rubber rollers, suitable for all press types and print sectors using specialist compounds for all applications whether conventional, UV or mixed as well as being the UK’s sole licensed manufacturer of Westland Rollers.

As an example, in 2020 many printers made the switch to a dampening roller that can help eliminate the use of costly IPA .

In addition to press rubber rollers & sleeves, BFS responds to bespoke specifications including laminating rollers & sleeves, folder rollers, plate processing rollers as well as industrial rollers, trommel wheels and even fork-lift truck tyres.

Collections of rubber rollers for recovering, and deliveries are available on existing UK routes.

BFS’s industrial rubber rollers are manufactured at our rubber roller facility in Suffolk. Over the recent years we have kept up with demand with regular investment in state of the art equipment, and this has ensured we are able to meet the demands and needs of our customers. All this coupled with improved outputs, efficiencies and productivity levels. As part of our rubber roller services, we can recover your existing rollers and sleeves while also offering a “complete supply service” where we provide the roller/sleeve stock or core. This way we look after all your engineering and manufacturing requirements.
