We’re thrilled to announce the latest enhancement at BFS Pressroom Solutions’ state-of-the-art roller factory. As part of our ongoing commitment to innovation and efficiency in the process of offering new, exchange and recovered rollers, we’ve recently completed the installation of a brand-new mezzanine floor.
The new mezzanine spans 211 m², strategically designed to optimise the use of space. By creating additional storage capacity and freeing up valuable areas around our production lines, we’re not only improving current operations but also paving the way for future developments.
Jonathan Whitehead, Site Director (Roller Manufacture/Haverhill), when asked about the reasoning behind the new floor, explains: “We needed to expand to accommodate the rising demands of our roller manufacturing capabilities. This investment allows us to streamline our processes and prepare for projected future growth opportunities.”
In addition to the new mezzanine, in recent years, BFS Pressroom Solutions has made significant investments in advanced grinding & covering machinery, in-house engineering, as well as an ERP Manufacturing system, reinforcing its continued commitment to quality and innovation.
