Product Information
Varniblue 195 HQ is a strippable coating plate for in-line coating on sheet-fed offset presses. Plate thickness (1.95 mm) matches the gauge of coating fabric rubber blankets and is an effective replacement for all spot and full size coating applications. The plate can be reused many times and is suitable for UV and acrylic coating applications. It can be barred like a standard fabric blanket. When using UV coatings, at the end of every print run, it is highly recommended to clean the plate surface with a wash to remove all residue, then rinse with water and dry.
