A specialist blanket and roller chemical for advanced cleaning and maintenance of most press types. ICON Blanket Rejuvenator is formulated to remove glaze whilst reviving the deteriorated blanket.
Properties

- Quick evaporating for quicker restarts
- Not recommended for use on EPDM rubber or unbaked plates
- Helps maintain and extend life of rollers and blankets
- VOC = 865grams/litre (100%)
Method of Use
For blankets: Can be used instead of typical blanket wash so consult manufacturers guidelines for automatic use or for manual use apply liberally with a lint free cloth and wipe with water to finish.
For rollers: Can be used instead of typical roller wash. Allow to run in for several minutes before applying blade and finally finish with water.
Should be used regularly on a daily basis to help maintain the blankets and rollers in better condition.
Suitable for most modern day machines including manufacturers such as Heidelberg, KBA, Man Roland, Ryobi, Komori and Mitsubishi presses.
Storage and Shelf Life
Store solvents safely within the printing environment to allow them to acclimatize to pressroom conditions – working temperatures will affect evaporation speed of solvents and hence can influence their effectiveness. Consult own company risk assessment and fire risk assessment for guidance on suitable storage containers depending on properties of the chemical.
If left unopened and kept in the correct conditions this product has a recommended shelf life of 12 months.
