STRIPPABLE RUBBER COATING PLATE FOR WATER BASED AND UV COATINGS
Varniblue Forte is a stripping plate designed for in line coating on sheet fed offset presses.
The plate is reusable many times and is suitable for long run UV and water based coatings.
The combination of Varniblue Forte plate with compressible underlayer Varnicomp SR enhances the coating quality results, ensuring a uniform and consistent coating transfer over a variety of substrates.
When using UV coatings it is highly recommended to clean the plate surface with a wash at the end of every print run in order to remove all coating residue, then rinse with water and dry.
